One of the most important Moon phases also is the least known.
Balsamic Moon Phase
It’s called the balsamic Moon.
The balsamic Moon phase is the three and a half day period right before the new Moon. It’s the tail end of the Moon’s monthly cycle, when all the lunar energy has been spent and the urge to draw inward is greatest.
It’s also your best time to meditate because the balsamic Moon has a naturally calming energy that makes it easier to go within and be with our inner selves.
Also, nature is at her resting point during a balsamic Moon, as she waits to spring back into activity with the next phase, when the new Moon arrives.
