During the balsamic Moon phase, nature is at her quietest.
This phase comes each month at the end of the lunar cycle, during the three and a half days right before the new Moon.
Like nature, we tend to feel quiet and introspective during the balsamic Moon phase. We become more receptive to the call of our inner self, which makes this a great time for meditation.
We benefit most at this balsamic time of the month by imitating nature through extra rest, reflection, and meditation. These tranquil activities automatically put us into harmony with nature's prevailing energies.
You can learn more about this restful, restorative phase in my balsamic Moon phase article.
