Host Frank Fontana welcomed Anne back to his top-rated WGN Radio program yesterday, just hours after the Orlando nightclub shooting that left 50 dead. Before going on to their regularly scheduled broadcast, Anne and Frank took time to discuss the incident, with Anne offering an incisive analysis of the gunman's astrology.
Anne was able to research the shooter and the Pulse nightclub incident shortly after it occurred, allowing her to provide a detailed astrology analysis showing how numerous stresses came together in the gunman's life and in current energies. Her comments aired shortly after WGN interrupted its regular programming to broadcast President Barack Obama's address to the nation in a press conference at 1 p.m. Chicago time on Sunday.
"Brilliant, Anne, brilliant!" said Fontana afterward. "I'm blown away. I expected you to comment on it, but the level of depth and research you've done, and the perspective of astrology, is brilliant."
"As an astrologer, I looked at the charts, and my jaw dropped," Anne explained. "There are aspects of personality profiling that astrology can contribute in these cases, for news, for profiling, for all kinds of purposes."
For the rest of the show, Anne and Frank took calls from listeners asking about everything from health concerns to relationships. Along the way, Anne shared information about current astrology, including this year's major emphasis on Jupiter in Virgo, potential from multiple planets now in Gemini, and possibilities coming this September when Jupiter enters Libra.
